Done: self-contained adventure packages with Inspector-editable definitions, owned scenes, catalog discovery and versioned runtime interfaces; Relic Hollow and Survey Reach share one lifecycle and travel path. In Steam build 88.270. Timed collapse and durable crash recovery are tracked separately.

Modular authored adventures and shared lifecycle: Ready for testing to Shipped, summary updated. [MCP] Mike, 2026-10-11: testing gate removed; hosted adventures have been live since 56.232 and this is in Steam build 88.270. Findings from ongoing playtests are filed as new bugs.
Modular authored adventures and shared lifecycle: summary updated. [MCP] Mike approved the MOSA-inspired package authoring follow-up. Implemented and pushed 435b9d5e to claude/sector-report. Authors can add an adventure folder without shared catalog edits. Conformance tests physically copy/remove each example, prepare the survivor, discover a third identity, and reject duplicate IDs, foreign/nested sibling scene dependencies and incompatible interfaces. All 168 curated regression steps passed at build/trials/regression/20261002-113739/; final package conformance also passed at 20261002-115406. Both package-backed local journeys pass. Authoring guide: game/adventure/README.md; examples: adventures/relic_hollow and adventures/survey_reach. Existing named-anchor builder is an explicit dependency. Local source only; Steam unchanged.

Both Relic Hollow and the second fixed-seed Survey Reach fixture pass shared local travel; hosted provisioning and durable recovery remain future work. Broad all-tier run passed 166/168; corrected fixture/startup issues and subsequent clock-seeding recovery issue. Final affected regression passed 12/12 across all tiers, including complete network timeline and sustained-fire checks (build/trials/regression/20261002-084823/). No thresholds relaxed. Source-only local slice; Steam remains 52.230.

Focused module validation passes; alternate fixed-seed journey is included in final network regression. Hosted provisioning and durable recovery remain outside this implementation.
